Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of Volkswagen and off-make vehicles
- Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices for Volkswagen vehicles
Qualifications:
- Registered Apprentice, or Red Seal Certification required
- Experience working with Volkswagen or other German automotive brands is an asset, but not required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
