Job Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and replace windshields and other auto glass components.
• Ensure proper installation using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repair processes to clients.
• Handle adhesives, sealants, and other materials with precision.
• Calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

✔️ Previous experience in auto glass repair/replacement preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
✔️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to lift heavy glass and work in various weather conditions.
✔️ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
✔️ Customer-friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
