Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
  • Work closely with Technicians and ensure orders are fulfilled promptly
  • Shipping and receiving duties to ensure proper inventory is maintained
  • Advise customers on recommended automotive services and repair options, including costs and timeframes
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring to provide part numbers, quantity, source and repair order numbers
  • Update wholesale customers orders, back orders, and special case orders weekly.
  • Work with Mobile Wholesale Parts Specialists on obtaining new accounts and fulfilling orders.

    • Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license
    • High school diploma
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Experience in cash handling and financial record keeping
    • Demonstrate proficiency in math for pricing, invoicing and financial calculations
    • Automotive experience is considered an asset
