Job Summary:
The Service Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves leading by example, providing guidance, training, and support to team members, and ensuring that service processes are followed efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Promote Positive Culture and Motivate Team: Assist in mentoring a team of automotive service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and listen to their service needs.
  • Ensuring Overall Organization: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the automotive Service department, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal efficiency.
  • Service Recommendations: Provide clear, accurate service estimates and explain necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments to ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
  • Follow-Up: Contact customers to update them on repair status, and confirm satisfaction post-service.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years proven experience in a management/leadership role is required 
  • Previous experience in automotive service is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • A keen interest in automotive services and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in computer systems and experience with service management software
