How You’ll Lead

As General Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of performance, culture, and customer experience, while mentoring and motivating a high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to exceed targets

  • Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance

  • Oversee desking, closing, and deal structuring

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery

  • Analyze sales data and execute strategies for continuous improvement

  • Set the standard for professionalism, urgency, and winning culture

The Leader We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in automotive sales (candidates with 3+ years of experience qualify for a signing bonus of up to $3,000)

  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract

  • A strong closer who can develop closers

  • Highly organized, competitive, and results-driven

  • Confident decision-maker with strong communication skills

  • Passionate about people development and building elite teams
